Alisia is co-owner of Realty One Group Heritage and is a certified Broker and a member of the National Realtor Association.  Alisia holds a BA degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Prior to earning her Broker certification, Alisia worked in the Public Relations arena for over 25 years and understands the importance of collaboration and partnership with clients and consumers. Alisia serves as Vice President of Operations and is dedicated to ensuring superior customer service is the bedrock of the firm’s mission and success.  Alisia's personal motto is “people before profit” putting people first, which has served the firm to remain profitable since its founding.
